Surla has designed a new model houseboat suitable for 2 people. The Surla Suite is a floating hotel room on the water, fully equipped. We will present this model for the first time at the Masters Expo from December 7 to 11 in the Rai Amsterdam.

This luxury houseboat, De Albatros, Surla #15009 offers pure freedom and an ultimate holiday feeling! The houseboat was designed with a passion for the outdoors and extensive use has been made of natural materials. This means that the design with lots of wood fits beautifully into nature. The houseboat is also built completely sustainably and is completely self-sufficient in use. A true retreat on the water! Layout and description houseboat: Surla is 15 meters long and 6 meters wide. There are 3 bedrooms and is suitable for a comfortable stay for 4 to 6 people. The base consists of a galvanized steel frame. Equipped with catamaran floats and a cellar box where many things can be stored. The houseboat has a living area of over 51 m² and a roof terrace of 24 m². From the living room with open kitchen there is a beautiful view over the water outside through three large sliding doors. There is a gangway of approximately 50 cm wide all around. A terrace on both sides: at the front a terrace of 14 m², at the rear there is an outdoor shower. The open kitchen is part of the living room with a wonderful unobstructed view. There are three pleasant bedrooms, two of which have room for a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The modern bathroom has a shower, sink and a dry toilet. c.. Use and accessibility: This Surla is currently moored in Marina Monnickendam and has a mooring there that can also be taken over. The houseboat is fully furnished and participates in the Surla Houseboats rental organization. If you are interested, you can join immediately and benefit from an annual rental return of 6%. You can also use the houseboat yourself in this concept. Sustainable design: The houseboat is completely sustainable in both construction and use: only sustainable materials were used during construction and manufactured with the most advanced techniques. The houseboat is 100% ecological* and self-sufficient. It is possible to recreate on the water from April to October without using utilities. Connection to electricity or clean drinking water is therefore not necessary. The houseboat is heated with a pellet stove and underfloor heating. De Surla Groep heeft een eigen Tender ontwikkeld. We fabriceren tenders van aluminium of kunststof, waardoor deze duurzaam en onderhoudsarm zijn. Surla wood-fired sauna
Geen bouwpakket, kant en klaar geleverd, inclusief mooie houtkachel, helemaal compleet! Surla bouwt niet alleen luxe varende houseboten maar ook prachtige buitensauna's. Deze sauna is geschikt voor 4 personen. Stookt snel op tot 80 graden en met opgieting zelfs nog hoger. Voorzien van mooie (lig)bank in een hoek. Een groot raam geeft u zowel privacy als ook panoramisch uitzicht. Voorzien van een sfeervolle wandlamp op 220. Afmetingen zijn 310*165 cm en 240 cm hoog. Afgewerkt met hardhout Ayous blokprofiel. De gevel vergrijst erg mooi in een half jaar tijd, of behandel hem met olie en behoudt de kleur. Met Skamet RS-110 luxe houtkachel voorzien van dubbelwandige pijp, hittebestendige panelen, en sauna stenen. Deze sauna kan tegen een kleine meerprijs worden bezorgd en geplaatst.
